Only unopened, unused, fully sealed items can be returned for hygiene reasons. If your product is still sealed, email indulgelimited@outlook.com with your order number for a quick returns process.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not quite right, don’t worry — you’re fully covered. Simply email indulgelimited@outlook.com with your order number and a photo, and a replacement or refund will be arranged quickly and with care.
