I’ve spent years caring for people — listening, learning, and understanding how comfort and confidence can completely change how we feel in our own skin.
As a nurse, I’ve seen how little attention is given to something as natural and vital as period care. And honestly? It never sat right with me.
I founded Indulge because I wanted to bring that same level of care, compassion, and attention to detail from my nursing background into the world of feminine hygiene.
I wanted products that didn’t just work — but felt good, looked good, and made women feel empowered, clean, and confident every single cycle.
