Indulge® Reusable Menstrual Cup Applicator
- Wash your hands and ensure both the menstrual cup and applicator are clean, then apply a small amount of water-based lubricant to the rim of the cup.
- Fold the cup (e.g. C-fold or punch-down), ensuring the rim is at the top and the stem is pointing downwards.
- Insert the folded cup into the first half of the applicator with the rim entering first, then attach the second half to secure it in place.
- Position yourself comfortably and gently insert the applicator into the vaginal opening, angling it slightly towards your tailbone rather than straight upwards .
- Carefully remove the applicator, allowing the cup to open and form a seal, then adjust if needed to ensure it is fully open and comfortable.
