Unopened Returns Accepted.

Only unopened, unused, fully sealed items can be returned for hygiene reasons. If your product is still sealed, email indulgelimited@outlook.com with your order number for a quick returns process.

Faulty? We’ll Fix It.

If your reusable menstrual product arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll resolve it quickly. Email us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund with care.
