Return Conditions.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for reusable menstrual cups and other period care items

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging

• For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned unless faulty

Refunds.

• Refunds for reusable menstrual cups and period care products are processed within 3–5 working days after approval

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
